When selecting a software package for your healthcare call center, one significant aspect you must consider is your software provider’s ability to implement your new product.

At LVM Systems, we have been implementing our software for more than two decades. We have it down to a science. By the time your “go live” date arrives, your software will be ready to go and your team will be well versed in how to best use it.

The process consists of a Kick-Off Call to start the project and document a clear understanding of the client’s goals. A weekly call with your project team reviews the Action Items Spreadsheet, which lists the task taken directly from your project plan, to guarantee that both teams are completing their assigned tasks on time. Your LVM project manager is your main point of contact throughout the project.
